Failure Analysis of Waste Plastic Refining

Author:Shangqiu Yaosheng Time:2018-03-28

When the waste plastics that we bought for the oil refinery failed, we must not blindly maintain a clear and calm mind. The requirements for equipment in the refining process are getting higher and higher and more demanding. The resulting fouling, coking, erosion, and fatigue speeds are greatly increased compared to the past. At the same time, due to factors such as prolonged long-cycle operation time, various types of crude oil, and changes in sulfur distribution, equipment accidents have occurred. More and more failures, there have been many unprecedented ways of damage. With the continuous rise in international crude oil prices and the impact of domestic refined oil prices, the domestic oil refining companies have suffered huge losses in the past two years. In order to pursue efficiency, companies are more inclined to purchase heavy-duty, high-sulphur, and high-priced products. Acid crude oil makes many equipment and equipment that do not have the ability to refine poor quality crude oil to be more prominent. This paper analyzes the characteristics of major equipment accidents and failures that have occurred in Sinopec's refining equipment in the past two years, and proposes corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures.

In the process of catalyst catalytic treatment of waste rubber and plastics decomposing in the reactor, non-liquefied waste gas C1 and C4 alkanes directly burn certain risks. Before it is burned as a fuel, it is first subjected to safe filtration, and then through the first liquid closure, and then passed through the second safety device gas nozzle, so that it can completely achieve safe production. In terms of safety in production, there are safety devices such as pressure gauges, thermometers, and automatic alarm devices. Others such as: condensing system, exhaust gas purification system, using safety devices, detailed to all parts; automatic alarm, automatic risk, 100% safety.
